rich gaspari came to a nutrition store by my house a few weeks back. he was there giving samples of his products, pics, etc. i bought the superpump 250 because i actually felt the effects from a sample dose of about 1/4 of an actual serving. on the label it says it contains methylxanthines(caffiene). it is under the lipolytic/xtreme focus agent. i asked how much caffiene was in it because i didn't know if my pregnant fiance could try a sample. the stuff tastes really good.i've been only taking one serving of sp250 about 30-40 min before my workout.
