How much corn do you eat in Northern Michigan? I had a conversation that when I lived over in Cadillac, actually Boon (famous snowmobile and trailhead at the Boon Store). That we used to love to eat fresh sweet corn but I hardly ever eat corn now.
Since you are still in the boonies, how often do you eat the fresh sweet corn and fresh apple cider?

corn is in everything. everything maing. we make a lot of our cars out of corn. it's indestructable.

I'm in Amish country here in Ohio. If you fall alseep at the wheel during the summer months it's more likely you'll wipe out some poor Amish peeps selling corn than hit a tree or guardrail.

Good question. I just bought 3 dozen last yr prior to a camping trip too and I forget to be honest. Probably more like 3bucks/dozen. Veggie stands all over the place around here......not to mention used bikes........rebuilt lawnmowers......gazebo/wooden lawn furnature etc...

3 Bucks a dozen here.

A farmers dozen...which is 12...I think those fuckin crop collecting bastards were just jealous of the bakers.

A few years ago, we grew tons of sweet corn in our garden down here in MS. Now we just grow tomatoes, herbs, etc...but my great-grandfather still grows a huge garden of field and sweet corn...I don't actually remember the last time I paid for corn.

My answer is gonna be kinda biased...my family are farmers who grow a lot of corn, so of course i eat a lot of it...not so much apple cider, usually when i stop at uncle john's cider mill off old 27 north of lansing.

fuck I'm sore from riding yesterday...went from gaylord to kalkaska to east jordan to elmira and then back. about 180 miles altogether
