My buddy just tried the sample and said it didn't do shit for him. No strength increases...He said it felt just like any other No2 or creatine product....He didn't feel anything special from it. So for the price I wouldn't bother. BSNs NoXplode always gives me a great workout. I'm usually stronger with that

agreed didn't do shit for me. It says it gives a 10.5 % increase in strenghth, I'd like to see the placebo group.
