gains stopped on test e cycle?advice needed

hi all,im 6 weeks into my first injectable cycle of test ethanate at 250mgsx2 per week,kickstarted it with 30mg dianabol week 1-4.i gained 8lbs in first 3weeks but since then i havent gained anymore,just plataued at 8lbs. i have lost bodyfat though and become more defined.was going to cycle the test e week 1-10,shall i make it 1-12?i have noticed strenght increases a lot in last week or so.it is my first injectable course ,prior to this i have done several dianabol only courses.i am eating 3500 cals a day,250g protein.my starting weight was 184lbs,now up to 192lbs.is this normal to stop gaining round week 6-7?will i gain more last 4 weeks?thanks for any advice
 
stick with the plan. go 10 weeks. Whats probably happening is that your shedding the same amount of bodyfat as you are putting on lean mass= no weight change. 3500 cals should be enough to put weight on you, but if your not one who puts on bf easily bump it to 4000.

also, chances are good that your gains in the first few weeks were just water.
 
If you have the gear to go 12 weeks I would because I like 12 wks instead of 10 because I get more out of it. I usually really start to see my gain about the 6-7 week but maybe your not a quick gainer I don't know. Are you holding much water? It doesn't sound like you are! I think it will start to kick in more in the next couple of weeks for you and you'll notice.

i seemed to blow up,as usual with the dianabol,,but now i would say i have lost most of it,so hopefully the 8lbs so far are good quality gains.does this mean if im not carrying much water i will keep a lot of it after pct,which is gonna be nolva 40-40-20-20,with creatine and tribulus.someone suggested i could do dianabol again week 10-13,just before pct starts?so which is better week 1-4 dianabol 30mgs,1-10 500mgs test e,9-12 30mgs dianabol ,pct12-16. or no added dianabol at the end and test e week 1-12,pct starting week 14.
 
the gains from dbol are alot of water weight. I seem to find that the gains from 10 to 12 week test cycles are very little in difference. Its not going to hurt you in any way to run 2 more weeks, ther are alot of guys who run test 12 weeks. My advise is stick to your original plan and just make sure your diet is in check.

btw i seem to peek out at week 6,7,8 on test cycles. WORK HARD, EAT HARD, SLEEP HARD. everything else will take care of itself.

Yea, dont worry, Im the same way..although Im running tren in addition to test and EQ. Im not holding any water at all...and clearly my lbm gains are even with the fat being lost now. I dont have too much fat (probably around 10% bf) so these next few weeks I should start seeing more weight gain, as you should. And I agree with beachboy, go 12 weeks if you can.

Like he said are you getting plenty of sleep, not drinking alcohol, any stress, not drinking enough water all day, all that can hurt your gains. I have never done D-Bol at the end of a cycle but they had some bros on here this week saying they do and they like it so maybe you can find it or post the question in a new thread.
 
If you have noticed good strength gains this last week, it's working the way it should. If you are maintaining weight, but getting more defined, you are actually "gaining". stay on course, you really won't gain more than a 1lb a week of solid tissue.
 
This is my thoughts on alcohol and cycles......Your shelling out HUGE amounts of money to do this right...food+aas+supporting supps+PCT, you should try to squeeze out every little bit of gains you can to get your moneys worth. Now, i know special occasions will come up and shit like that but drinking consistantly on cycle doesnt make any sense. kinda like wiping your ass before you poop.

yep,,,i must admit,the last 3 saturdays i have been drunk,,each session being a 12 hr binge of beer,,,,.doesnt effect my training ,though on the day i drink i dont eat for 12 hrs!!!not good i know,,but damn i love my beer...have done for 25yrs,im 40 now..usually train and eat like an animal all week,,then have a blow out on a saturday...

There you go you need to quit that and get all you can out of your gear! Your slowing down the process!
 
Yeah...ive been doing the friday or saturday going out thing, but its hard to go out and bag a chick and not be drunk. Especially with my anxiety now.. Ive been really trying to limit my exposure to alcohol, but after a tough week of work and all the work put in working out, I need to let loose a little. Still making good gains and still stick with the program. Drink a lot of water while im drinking, and get home and drink a protein shake. Doesnt mix too well with the alcohol but whatever... lol Either way, I know I need to chill out for a little and just stay focused..

haha you sound just like me,,im on 20mgs a day of citalopram for anxiety,,,im switching from test ethanate to test cyp for weeks 9-12,,this ok?

I ate 5-6000 calories when i cycled deca and put on 20 and kept about 15.....

i hate going to bars and not drinkin....it sux....its much nicer to get buzzed and bang a random chick than it is to be sober and do it.....not fun.....thats why i tried to stay away when cycling....but its definitely tough...temptation is a mo fo'....

it seems this last few days,on 7th week of cycle,,that i have started feeling much stronger and hungrier,comsuming bout 4000 clean calories,shall i add sum junk to to;p it up?cat think how i could eat more meat?already having 2 mrp shakes a day with milk,

Would the addition of Proviron be beneficial to his cycle? Proviron inhibits SHGB which would allow for more free test in his system. That would mean more gains correct?

can some people swell up 20lbs on test,and others just gain solidly bout 10lbs?i seem to be hardening up and am pleased with change,little pot belly gone,more defined,yet mate who on same course looks bloated and put on 14lbs in 8weeks so far,as opposed to my 8lbs,,.and i am eating more than him too!!also is it possible that because i have been training on/off for 20yrs and had over 10 dianobol only cycles that the test aint hitting me so hard as a first timer?

ok,am on 3500 roughtly cals a day,so will try and add 500 more.i am coming to the end of my two 10ml bottles of bd ethanate,,,just bout to start my 8th week,still just 8lbs gained,,shall i do another 10ml bottle for 4 more weeks,making it a 12 weeker.or try some more dianabol for 3 weeks before i start pct ???sorry for keep repeating this,but if i have only made 8lbs in 8 weeks of the test is it worthwhile doing it for another 4 weeks??

well its start of my 8th week now and still only 8lbs up,,though admittedly i am more defined ,with some bodyfat loss,,.i am opening up a bottle of 10ml test cyp,to take for 4 weeks..run at 400mg every 5 days.wil i gain any more weight or should i just cut and run after this week?

If you are getting more cut and maitaining weight, you are gaining bro. losing fat weight, but the scale doesn't move means muscle is replacing fat weight. keep going. and keep eating more and more. count your calories and be anal about it.
