Im 6'5 and when I started I was 238lbs 12-14% bf. This is my Tnd cycle. I currently just started week 5 and weighed in today at 253lbs. Been taking test E at 500mg a week and Deca at 400mg a week. Strength has gone through the frrakin roof!!!! This kinda weight this quickly normal?
 
Careful lifting bro you don't want to go out to hard on the plates I see so many guys getting injured when they are on cycle because of the big strength increase.
 
thats about right. i second the comment about going slow on the weights. You can lift more but its important to not lift really fast just because you feel like you can. Strict and controlled lifts.

I fucked around like that in my 20's and have some nagging bullshit little issues now because of it.

Up your poundages slowly. If your strength is increasing out of control then DO THIS....if your benching say 275 for a work set of 10 reps....and it becomes a breeze.....instead of upping the plates, slow the reps. 2 seconds up, 2 seconds down. and dont fully lock out either way. this will keep constant stress on the muscle through the set.
Trust me, if you do that, the 275 lb will suddenly feel like, and be doing the work of 405 lb. I promise.
 
Ive been pushing myself really hard on the weight increases....like every time I go lift I push to lift heavier....been noticing some small nagging pains like you guys are saying...front of my shoulder and lower back are bothering me some. I think Ill be taking you guys advice on the weight increases I dont want to deal with an injury. I irritated my back with hack squats then next day strained it pretty damn good while doing shoulder flies.
 
I had the same problem, I probably upped the weight too much instead of making the reps more controlled. I wish I would have done that it was just so exciting to go from 225x5 to repping 275 10 times lol. But i did get shoulder issues, I wouldnt push it too hard, It was never that bad for me, actually the more into the workout i got the less it hurt, you would think the more weight you push the worse it would get but i guess blood started pumping through and lubricated it lol idk

anyway bro i jus did a test/dbol cycle and gained 29 lbs, wouldnt have changed a thing you will love it and yes the weight is normal. jus make sure you keep eating and training hard after you are done.
