I had the same problem, I probably upped the weight too much instead of making the reps more controlled. I wish I would have done that it was just so exciting to go from 225x5 to repping 275 10 times lol. But i did get shoulder issues, I wouldnt push it too hard, It was never that bad for me, actually the more into the workout i got the less it hurt, you would think the more weight you push the worse it would get but i guess blood started pumping through and lubricated it lol idk
anyway bro i jus did a test/dbol cycle and gained 29 lbs, wouldnt have changed a thing you will love it and yes the weight is normal. jus make sure you keep eating and training hard after you are done.
