first thing you have to realise is that you cant grow none stop, if that was the case then all you would have to do is take your shots or pills year round and end up bigger and bigger every day.

at this point its very typical to see slow down in gains, you can do 2 things, up the doses of gear which i dont suggest or up the calories focusing mostly on protein, but in all faireness you should not be expecting another 15lb gain at this point

I agree wuth serge that you need to up your calories at this point, but dissagree that they should come from protein. You need far more carbs that your have. A likely cause right now is that your new body mass is requiring more energy than you are feeding it and a good bit of your daily protein intake is undergoing gluconeogenesis thus being converted to glucose rendering the amino acids useless for muscle repair/building. Fear of carbs, in my opinion, is the number one factor in a lack of gains. You must eat to grow and your protein at roughly 320-340g a day is plenty to meet the needs of the muscle. This protein can't serve its purpose without sufficient energy in the form of glucose. You should be eating at least 500g of carbs a day which by the looks of it you're lucky if you're getting 200g. Your lack of progress has nothing to do with your cycle and everythig to do with your diet. As you gain muscle mass your metabolic rate will increase considerably. This means you need more and more calories to grow as you grow.

The gears you are using are not used for "bulking". Winny is used for cutting. You should be glad that you have gained 15 pounds of quality muscle. I would be happy with your results!

good call on the carbs, i did not even look at the carb content, it does not look like you are makin your 4000cals either unless you are consuming lots of fats

yeah i am getting quite a lot of fats from my milk but i am ectomorph son really not too bothered by a little fat. do you think its a bad thing? thanks for your advice, karma is added.

Potatoes, yams and brown rice will help with your carb intake try adding 6 to 8 oz with your third and fourth meal, you could also replace the ceral bar with a cup of brown rice. BTW what exactly is a "full english breakfest" just wondering.:)

Eating more wholesome foods that covers all the macronutrients (carbs, fats, etc) and waking up and drinking an MRP would do you wonders.

I remember reading an article about Vic Richards. The interviewer watched him consume 3 popcorn size bowls of rice as a start to one of his meals. This from somone who claims to consume 20-30,000 cals a day!
