Gains slowing down?

My gains always stop after week 6. Thats why I dont understand long cycles?

The reason to cycle lomger than that of your gains is to allow your body to get used to the new muscle. Fast jumps in size are not recomended. I feel if you make smaller moves in each cycle, you will keep a lot more of that hard earned muscle than just doing short cycles.

And to answer the question on, "do gain slow in long cycles?" Yes they do, because your body has limits. This is why diet is so important to a cycle. If you dont add the fuel to the fire, the engine wont run! For every lbs you gain, you must eat that much more to maintian it!
