By the way, Serge (who I had the pleasure of speaking to a few times and was a true gentleman) was in great shape into his 70's. His death is actually a mystery and somewhat suspect. At any rate, a great guy , a great champion and a great inspiration for all of us geezers. lol

Serge is the man. Such a physique. Those 70's pros are the epitome of physical perfection. I hope to achieve a look similiar to that one day without overdoing it and becoming too blocky.
