Gains on lower doses?

I trained with him day in and day out for 1 yr. he was my best friend and I new what dosages he took and that fucker looked better than any bodybuilder I ever saw other than the pro's. Thats only one instance and I know of a couple others. I think it has to do with the way your own body reacts to training, some people need more rest than others.

You present only one example, and used an extremely genetically gifted individual. He probably would have been just as big, if not bigger, if he had trained each body part 3 times a week. Studies have clearly shown that optimal results do require different frequincies from person to person, but they do not show individuals getting optimal results, even natural, on one workout a week. The range is training a body part 2-5 times a week, with more people leaning towards 3, for optimal results.
 
I feel doing each bodypart 3X every two weeks is a good number for me.
 
greetings from lebanon i would like to ask a question , in my country it is hard to get all kinds of steroids ,so this is my 4th cycle in this 4 years i stoped training from 1 year ago and now i am back ,so plz i was woundering if u can help me for a perfect cycle using (deca duraboline 200)and (sustanon 250) with details......and thanks anyway .
N:B i can get (winstrol depot)(primobolone)clomid ,nolvadex,proviron....
 
Didoseven, if you have access to that stuff, try 1 amp (250 mg) of sustanon every 5 days, 300 mg of primobolan a week, and 50 mg of proviron a day. Something like that should yield great results. I'm assuming you have a couple cycles under your belt.
 
BBF, I may be experimenting with tren on my next cycle and will probably want to stay with lower doses also...My question is; how long have you been running the tren @ 25mg per day?
I am still undecided as to whether I want to run Tren and T prop or prop and Var. Mainly because I have about 150ct. Var on hand.
 
I just started the tren up again about 3 1/2 weeks ago.
 
How long do you plan on running tren? It sounds like the stuff I am looking for. I am really not interested in running another 12 week cycle. Unless I just go on HRT for a good long time.
 
I'll probably stay on up through most of the summer, then go on test only again for the fall and winter. Oh, in case you haven't read past posts, I stay on year round now.

... waits for the same questions to be asked that have already been answered 20+ times after anounced that he doesn't come off...
