gains kept after prohormone cycle

I'm up 6-9 pounds depending on the scale I use in 2.5 weeks of 1-AD. The best part is I'm not even really bulking. I just make sure I got plenty of protein. I would definitely be happy to do another cycle of 1-AD.

Hi, I wanted to know how many people have been able to keep gains made after using any prohormones? I am currently taking 1test/4ad for a 6 week cycle and am on my fourth week and have seen some good gains in strength and muscle and wanted to know how much of these gains can I expect to keep after a good pct using novla? Are these gains really long term or temporary? If I never do another cycle will these gains still be kept?

Yes , people should go be lean body mass , not the scale. These drugs will cause you to hold fat and water.

Did a 4 week cycle f RPN Havoc and Spectra Force furaguno. Ate like a beast during and trained 6 days a week. I used Gaspari Novedex as a PCT.
Gained 22 pounds during cycle, lost about 3 pounds after. Also, managed to cut about an inch of my waist (32" to 31") during the cycle.

Vitamin D is also a steroid. So is cholesterol.

This is news to me.

Care to explain how vitamin D is a steroid?

It's an ergcolciferol, but is not a steroid.

The word steroid was coined to describe sterols, a family of organic molecules that includes cholesterol.
Does Havoc fall into the broad category of steroids-- that is, is it a terpenoid lipid with four fused rings? Yes. As previously mentioned, cholesterol and Vitamin D do as well.

Is it anabolic? Yes. So is melatonin, tribulus terrerestris (most common tribulus supplement), tribulus aquaticus (ingredient in Prime), and all of the prohormones previously mentioned in this thread.
Claiming that some supplement is a steroid is not a very insulting or particularly damning claim.
