Gains from deca + naps

I have gained 25 lbs from 300mg's of deca a week plus 10 mg;s naps per day. This occured over 10 weeks. How much of it can I expect to retain?

Hit the clomid hard and heavy 2 weeks after your last deca shot,and toss some creatine in,and you will retain a good amount of what you gained.
