Gaining size on tren

I'm just finishing up an 8 week tren-a, test-p 50mg ED cycle and I'm very pleased with the results. I got really nice definition and lost a ton of BF but I can't say I gained a whole lot of size. It did exactly what I wanted it to do so I'm not complaining at all. I'm just curious for next time, what is a good stack to add with tren/test that will give me more size as well? I don't care for the bloated look of dbol so I'd like to avoid that if possible.
 
well if you lost weight you were kcal restrictive..

next time if you want to see lean gains, increase your kcal or have lean mass diet.

i dont understand you dont need to stack more compounds to see results.

Yes, I ate VERY lean. Almost no carbs at all and probably not enough protein like I should have. So, I'm at fault for that. Next time I'm gonna tighten that up to the T though. What about adding some Winstrol depot and masteron next time?
 
Adding gear will do nothing. Gear does not make you grow. Food does.

You should eat more, and rest more if you want to add size. It is the simplest thing in the world, but true training integrity begins and ends in the kitchen... we all train like maniacs...

To me sleeping and eating are the key's to real size increases.

I only do 2 cycles when I am not on an HRT dose. I can 'grow' on either... but I can grow on HRT if I diet for it.

Test/Dbol/Tren
or
Test/Dbol/Deca

Sometimes I use Halo instead of Dbol. Sometimes Winny, but rarely. Masteron is kina a waste unless you are stepping on stage IMO.

yes as al posted, you can keep the tren but up ur carbs and kcals and u can see lean gains
 
I'm running Tren/Test/Eq right now and it's by far my best cycle yet. The EQ makes u vascular as well as helping with a couple extra pounds.

Exactly.

People don't seem to understand that you can bulk or cut on anything because your diet will dicatate your results.

I can grow on low calorie diets.

too many rely on compounds
and less on diet

add some dbol and lots of test next time to get that 'freshman 20' of water weight.

Actual muscle gain for most people is an incredibly slow process, even if you eat to pop.
