The mans is called an "A spot" and yes it has to do with the prostate. It is up after the second sphincter(sp) on the backside.
Whereas a womans "G spot" is in the vag and it is up roughly 2 inches in and it is on the front side of the vag....

Although they feel like it at time, no they are not.....I meant that from certain positions it can be difficult to reach all the way down to that area....
