G Plenish Nasty stuff!!

Sorry Sweetie - I still love you. :) And I still love GPlenish. :) But you know I have had issues with the flavor since the beginning. lol. But no issue with the results of it - GPlenish rocks. :)
 
For those interested, I first mix it together with proteinpowder in a dry box. I close the lid and shake it thoroughly before adding it to my waterfilled shaker. This way I can hardly taste the glutamin, and it mixes satisfactory. I use 1.5 scoop of protein powder to 1.5 t-spoon of G-Plenish (about 10g), and do this approx 6 times a day. Hopefully this wil be sufficient.
Any feedback to whether this is a good procedure or not, will be appreciated?
 
i honestly dont understand how the taste bothers some of you so much, i normally only mix mine with one scoop of protein powder, its really not bad at all, i think you guys need to start thinking about the benefits form it and not taste.

the people who buy it the first time have usually come back 2-3 times for more

the return rate for reorders has been 75% plus :D


and believe me I am GREATFULL for it

I can imagine the reorder rate. Regardless of how it tastes, the stuff works - that alone is well worth the couple seconds of bad flavor.
 
G-Plennish is amazing stuff. I usually mix it DRY with my protine shake 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Each time I use 2 heaping (and I mean HEAPING) tablespoons in the shake powder. The key is to mix it DRY first, then add water and mix the shake about 3 times the normal mixing. It mixes in pretty well.... then just DRINK it :).
 
you get used to the taste eventually. i posted this exact same thread a few weeks ago. now it's no big shit.

i mix mine with some Sunny Delight and slam it. just like with dieting, you learn to deal with taste by focusing on what it's doing for you physically
