i went to the gym for my second workout of the day and decided to screw around a little bit. we have a yoke and a tire for flipping at the gym now. so i did a few trips of sled dragging while carrying the yoke too, that got alot of strange looks from my training partners. then i decided to flip the tire 10 or so times. it was a good switch up from the good old hypers and abs. i think i will start doing this stuff in my extra workouts more often.

hmmm weve got some pretty big dumbells, maybe i can strap the yoke to my shoulders via a neck harness, hold the dumbells, pull the sled, with mini bands around my knees. i think ive found a good way to kill myself
