Incline dumbell presses and weighted dips to be more specific for me at least.
As for the pushup idea I myself do these but only at the end of the workout. My clients who I have doing more traditional bodybuilding style routines and are more advanced on chest day after there last exercise which usually is an isolation exercise I make them superset it with pushups. By then they can only do so much even with the extra assistance of their triceps coming into play.
