The owners/operators do everything there, from work the front desk to clean the shitters. They definitely allow chalk. When Moose was having me fill out a tiny index card he said the "7" rules were on the back. Some regular walked by and laughed saying "what 7 rules?!" and Moose said "I don't know, I've never read the fuckin thing".
