Fucking ACNE

RABS

New member
24
6'2
220lbs

Took 1st cycle in may / june / july
300 deca / 10 weeks
250 sust week 1-5
500 sust week 5-10

No problems or side effects while on juice but once I came off the acne started plus my sex drive dropped. No I did not take clomid.......will next cycle.

During puberty I was a little above average for acne. Even now......after being off juice for 3 months I'm still getting acne and on places where I didn't before.....ie....high arms. But still on back, neck and face.

I wash consistently and use anti-bacterial soap.

HELP and advise is what I'm asking for !!

I get no acne...NONE! Here's what I do. Pantothenic acid 4-6 grams ED. Wash face off with water immeadiately after training or cardio or whenever I sweat alot. When I get home I shower immeadiately. Wash face with Nuetrogena liquid face soap, use a wash cloth on body with soap then when done I turn the shower on COLD for a few minutes and freeze my ass off. This closes your pores after you just cleaned them - try it - it works for me.

Damn bro you're hardcore. I think I would rather have the acne...lol Lucky for me though I hardly get any at all ;)

I always thought it really helped to scrub with ascruny or what ever they call that damn thing to make sure you are removing any loose cells that may not be visible, but present. Then like Rabb said.... finish with cold and close those pores up. If I go one day without scrubbing I start to get some on my arms.

i get acne pretty bad when im on a cycle and trust me if your prone to it pantothenic acid doesnt do shit.wash your face with dove soap anti bacterial soap can dry your skin out to much and cause even worse acne.and always wash right after working out.ive tried just about everything and your best bet is accutane.

I agree with sausage. Accutane will dry your face out, but it will work. Its 6 months to acne free life. Most people do not get outbreaks after the treatment. I stopped at 2 months because it was cleared up and I stayed clear til after my next cycle. This time around Ill do the whole 6 months.

I used to do that in Colorado years ago in the middle of winter when there was three feet of snow on the ground. I didn't do it for acne - just as a tough finish to a hard workout. I can't do it anymore. The water in California doesn't get cold enough.

OK...hubby's coming off cycle and battling some acne on his shoulders and back, a touch on his chest. I've got Retin-A and we just started using it today...anyone else have luck with it for post cycle acne? He normally uses an antibacterial liquid soap as it is and takes 2 showers a day.

And if your nuts havent shrunken up cause of your cycle, this will make them look like 2 peas

What's your opinion of Accutane. How does it affect other supplements. I heard it fucks up your liver bad.

I got acne before on my back some and I used a pumice stone to get off the dead skin after a hot shower. I found that helps

Try to avoid Accutane. Side effects are ugly. I see people on this board always telling others to research before using aas. Well, we should be saying please research before using ANY medication. Accutane especially. Your best bet is retin-a cream. Yeah, it's easier to pop a couple pills than to rub cream all down your back, but it's worth it.

Read this from the Roche website first: http://www.rocheusa.com/products/accutane/ACCUTANE_MedGuide.pdf

Retin-a cream has very little sides. Maybe a bit of dry skin. Accutane is downright ugly. Please be cafeful guys.

after accutane the two other choices are either Minocyclin or tetracyclin, minocyclin is a newer better drug but some people can not handle it for some reason, work at a doctors office and we had a couple of people complain of dizziness on mino. but tetracyclinis side effect free exept for sun burns don't go on the sun too much if you take that will burn you but minocyclin does not have the same side effects as far as the sun burns none for me atleast takes about two weeks to see the best results but the shit works good, i got the same problem as you always fucking piples when juicing plus i'm only 22 so add that up and you become a walking zit, mino cleared me up stay away from accutane way too rough on your liver........

retin-a is a cream and mino. is a pill both used together should take out any acne you got i'm thinking of running a heavy cycle so i will use both just because they are cheap in tj...lol but if you were to pick one i'd go with mino......

ok, first off don't use accutane..

1. Buy some surgical scrub off the internet (it kills 99.8% of bacteria (which is what causes acne) after 30 seconds contact with the skin.

2. B-5 aka Pantothenic acid works great...10grams/day for the first week then 4 grams/day after that. I take timed release so i don't have to pop them all day.

3. Take 3 showers/day 1 in the a.m. 1 after work and 1 before bed. Take a HOT shower (you want your pores to open and get cleaned out not close up)

4. Tanning bed works wonders (it dry's the skin)

5. ALA has been found to be effective

6. OTC benzyl peroxide (buy at any drug or grocery store)

7. Don't jack off so much (you may laugh but I'm being serious)

8. lower your dose if it doesn't get better because you don't want nasty ass acne scars on your back and sholders.

I'll think of a few more and post them later.

This goes along with my post on oily skin(Click here)
Acne is an inflammatory skin disorder characterized by pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads. I am pretty sure ya'll know how you can get acne and the majority of yall dont get it cause you just hit puberty. But heres some info on how acne occurs: It ussually arises at puberty, when the body dramatizically increases its production of androgens (male sex hormones). These hormones stimulate the production of keratin (a type of protein) and sebum (an oily skin lubricant). If sebum is secreted faster than it can move through the pores,a blemish arises. The escess oil makes the pores sticky, allowing bacteria to become trapped inside. Blakcheads form when the sebum combines with skin pigments and plug the pores. If scales below the skin pigments become filled with sebum, whitehaeds appear. Now, since were done with the nasty description... heres how you would treat it using alternative methods such as herbs and other natural compunds. As i said in the "oily Skin" post, i believe accutane is the best you can get but if your like me, you wanna stay all natural:
Acidophilus - This replenishes essential bacteria to reduce outbreaks
Chromium picolinate - Aids in reducing the infections of skin
Colloidal Silver - a natural antibiotic
EFA's - Supplies essential gammalinolic acid. Needed to keep the skin smooth and soft, repair tissues, and dissolve fatty deposits that block pores.
Potassium - A deficiency of pattasium has been associated with acne.. i dunno
Vitamin A - To strengthen the protective epithelian tissue
Vitamin B Complex - Important for healthy skin
Extra Vitamin B3 - improves circulation of blood to the skin
Vitamin D3 - Promotes healng and tissue repair
Zinc - Aids in healing of tissue and helps to prevent scarring
Lavender Oil - good antibiotic and antisceptic
Tee Tree Oil a natural antibiotic and antisceptic
Alfalfa

help with oily skin

Oily skin occurs when your sebaccous glands produce mre oil than what is needed for proper lubrication of the skin. The excess oil can clog pores and cause blemishes. Oily skin is often hereditary but can be caused by your diet, hormone levels, preagnancy, birth control pills, cosmetics, and gear.

Since i believe in alternative medicines such as herbs and such to treat much disorders cause they ussually work when taken properly, i still like my accutane But if you wanna to the alternative way, try these:

Flaxseed oil - 1tsp daily - Good healer for most skin disorders and good for hormonal balances.
Vitamin A - 25,000 IU daily for 3 months, then reduce it to 15,000 IU's daily. This is necessary for the healing and construction of new skin tissue.
Vitamin B complex - Take as directed - B vitamins are important for a healthy skin tone.
Zinc - 50mcg daily. Zinc is good for tissue repair. Zinc losenges have better absorption.
Grape Seed Extract - A powerful antioxidant that protects skin cells.
Aloe Vera - this has excellent healing properties. Apply it topically.
Burdock Root - Nourishes the skin
Horsetail - Nourishes the skin
Oat Straw - Nourishes the skin
Chamomile - Nourishes the skin
Witch Hazel - When applied tot he skin, it is helpful for absorbing oils
Thyme - Nourishes skin
