Windows Vista crashed.


What a fucking wonderful world. I lost some very important files, once again, but I'm still alive so I guess things ain't that bad. Please someone fucking shoot me!
 
Windows Vista is a piece of shit. Too many bugs bro.
 
I am getting an extermal hard drive for backsup (and porn) soon.
 
I spend over 3 months typing down my powerlifting club's history, competition results since the mid 70's, medal table, records..... all gone.
 
if you HAVE to have Vista, at least make sure that machine is dual-boot

and dumbass, save all your data to a non-system drive, system drive is only that, SYSTEM drive. HD are so cheap these days I cannot understand why people will throw everything in the same pot.

sorry about your computer. I have vista on my new dell. I haven't had one problem.

Then reinstall the OS and get the files back off your HDD. It's not like that crashed, correct? Besides, doesn't Vista have a disk cloning feature or something to prevent stuff like this from being an issue?
 
had the same problems with vista especially when transfering or trying to read certain types of files

booting up from the installation disk and choosing the repair option worked twice but the third time it locked up for good
