lately in the gym ive been feeling like shit and have no desire to lift. This is totally not like me any ideas for me to kick the curve??? its pissin me off...ive tried more sleep and that worked a lilttle but even still when i get to the gym i get tired and feel weak
 
this happened to me during an intense workout a couple weeks ago...i was on my 3rd set of lunges, something i hadnt done in a while....it was very intense...i thought to myself, 'why am i doing this'....then another voice came through my head and said, 'shut the fuck up, pussy'....i like the second one better because i realized it was that attitude that will help me keep making progress and not slacking off
 
Bro, it's funny you mention that shit I was feelin the same way.I was liftin early in the mornin. So I figured I'd switch up a little, so thats what I did. I did cardio first thing before I ate in the morning nothing timed or measured I just go to the track run like two laps and than do sprints till I cant sprint no more.Well than I just took care of shit the rest of the day and didnt go to the gym till the evening. And I had more energy and shit than I ever did liftin early. So now Ive been training later in the day and Ive been having great workouts. So possably try switchin shit up a little it's worth a shot
 
that's a classic example of overtraining/overreaching. You need week off
 
thanx- today i had a badass leg workout (prob from all the sleep i got along with the carbs) thanx for the advice
 
i went on vacatino for a week, wasn't able to lift, and was just dying to when i got back and i had some great workouts
