My most impressive arms were when they were vascular and absolutely no fat on them...even though they are smaller, they look bigger, kind of an optical illusion which BB is anyhow.

I'll agree with MM to a certain extent. If a person is 20% bodyfat , you could have 2" of fat on the arms.

I had the understanding that guys generally get fat on the stomach , obliques , ass , inner thigh. It's females that have primarily fat arms , not guys
