Dont worry about it pal, youll be back before you know it..2-3 months will seem a long time but youll hardly remember it in 6 months or so... ( By the way, you gain back any strength you've lost in super quick time as long as you eat well while your injured)
As for the other problems, it happens to everyone ...its hard, but you'll come to terms with it soon enough.
Youll get back in order soon enough. DONT GET TOO DOWN, it can be dangerous, but then dont just ignore your problems either. Think about them and be positive.
