Have you thought of alternative exercises while your off weight training?

How about swimming, I know it sounds kind of lame compared to weights, but at least it'll keep you fit.

Karson, seems like you got the whole board behind ya bro. Try to stay positive man and let these people help you out. I've read some good suggestions on here already (train the legs, swimming etc.) So if you can man try not to get so down cause it won't help

Dont worry about it pal, youll be back before you know it..2-3 months will seem a long time but youll hardly remember it in 6 months or so... ( By the way, you gain back any strength you've lost in super quick time as long as you eat well while your injured)

As for the other problems, it happens to everyone ...its hard, but you'll come to terms with it soon enough.

Youll get back in order soon enough. DONT GET TOO DOWN, it can be dangerous, but then dont just ignore your problems either. Think about them and be positive.

Bro, you can maintain your gains with a minimal workout once maybe twice a week. You shouldn't lose anything in the lines of mass if you eat right and get exercise. Know anyone with a bowflex or just use the machines at the gym for two months man. You can still make the best of it. Don't look at it like Oh I'm fucked. Looked at it like. Ha Ha Old fucking Murphy is trying his bullshit on me again. Well this puppy ain't going down without a fight. Good luck to you.
