Fuck!! I think i just ruined my fina. HELP

Okay, i was using the coffe filter to prefilter my fina. I was using a little funnel i have (real small). It took forever, so i tryed to speed the process up. I made a little funnel (bigger than the original) out of aluminum foil and i stuck the coffe filter in as a liner. Now the fina coming out of this shit is a red color. I wasnt worried at first, cause i was prefiltering that dark shit at the bottom. Well, i put it through the sterile filter and it is still red. What the fuck? Did some kind of crazy chemical reaction occur between my fina and the aluminum foil?

I have

read on the fina board that some of the final pre sterile filter solution is a dark color, also variations in the type of kit used. I really doubr there is any reaction with the aluminum foil, get over to the fina board and re post.
