Up the cardio is it for me. I can not diet for shit. I carbed up on the ketosis diet and now I can't get back into ketosis and it's been 4 days of no carbs. Fuck it. I'll eat what i want and just do 2 hours of cardio.

dude....

there is a much better answer than doing that...if you want to be the best you have to make the right kinda sacrifices...you need to contact the mastermind of dieting and get on his program...email [email protected] and tell him your problems...he is awesome...im getting ripped as hell right now and never hungry!! his diet rulez!!

Bro, go eat at Lagneaux's. All you can eat seafood buffet. Run there. Eat. Run back home. Sounds like a good plan.

you need swolecats help bro....diet what? I don't feel like I'm dieting, I'm never hungry, I still get to eat what I like. If you need help contact him you wont be sorry...and you can thank me and metallica later.

that is why i think the keto diet sucks...too confusing. just stick with mid-low carbs, mid-low fat, high protein. pm me if you want help on a diet.

BODYOPUS can NOT be beat for results fellas...and it's easy to follow if your mind is set on dieting...my Q to you is,how do you know you didn't descend into ketosis...?ketostix...?let me know bro...a structured CKD is the answer to getting ripped...IMHO...

If you're trying for a ketogenic diet, what's the confusion? Take in less than 25g of carbs/day and in 2-3 days, you are in a state of ketosis. If you don't have the discipline to ban carbs, or would just rather keep yourself on a balanced diet, I would try Bodyopus.

Either way, your diet is EXTREMELY important. Saying "fuck it" is not the answer. If you carb intake is too high, your insulin levels are going to be elevated and all the cardio in the world won't change that. If you're not taking in enough "good" fat, then your body will be reluctant to shed its own. If your not taking in protein every 2 hours, your available protein/amino acid stores will become depleted and muscle growth and maintenence will be affected.

Awesome results are the product of 45% intense training, 45% solid diet, and 10% supplementation. If you don't put in the work at the gym, and you eat like college freshman, don't expect the supplements to transform you into Arnold.

you should not be experiencing these after the 2nd day...if you are,you should UP tha FAT intake even higher...i've been on the bodyopus for quite sometime now...the only time i felt lethargy was on the 2nd day...increase the FAT as you go and you will not experience any such sides...i also beleive that using UDO's oil as your main FAT fuel source is much more beneficial than the rest of the fat sources...coconut oil is awesome as well for this...---fyi

I think its better to say that: Awesome results are the product of 12.5% Diet, 12.5% Training, 12.5% Rest, and 12.5% Supplementation or Drugs. The other 50% is Genetics... No diet in the world can help you overcome what the creator gave you!

oakbox...

i think if you believe that then you just need to get together with swole...while some of it is genetic, most of it is knowledge and will-power. you sound like someone who has given up and let your mind tell you its just genetics...if you ever wanna see real results get hooked up with swolecat!

What's so special about swolecat? I can make a diet down to a key, the only problem is sticking with it. Especially when my room mates buy all this junk food that I am tempted to eat.

whats so special is that it works and you get to eat good food...its all about timing and quantity with him...im tellin you man its the way to go...

I'll....

interject here since my name surfaced and say this. I believe my diet is successful because of two main keys:

1) the macro breakdowns and timing of them. This formula has never failed anyone I have helped, so I think that's a plus.

2) the month of consultation included with my program. Assures the client that help is "there" and that any modifications we need to make, are done! If it's the amounts to be adjusted (haven't done this actually yet!), we can do it, adjust times, workouts, etc. There is a way 99% of the time, it's just communication that is the key. We have to understand each other to understand what we are accomplishing. TRUST!

the problem with too many bbers is sticking to a diet...i mean the bodyopus has all the answers to get shredded...and yet, peeps just aren't willing to follow the diet...i've gotten ripped off of the isocaloric diet as well from the same book and this one is NOT hard to follow at all...33%protein,33% carbs and 33% fat...so,if the bodyopus is too hard, then follow the isocaloric...there's many ways to get shredded...but too many bbers are just NOT willing to sacrifice a little to win the battle...they beleive that results will automatically cometh...if you stay CONSISTENT w/ your diet, the results will come...it's that easy...

Bodyopus? and Isocalric? Do you have links to these sites or posts? Are they books to buy?

go to amazon.com and purchase the BODYOPUS by Dan Duchaine...invest some time reading the material and you will master the art of dieting...for a mere 30$ USD you can learn to diet yourself...

BodyOpus.......

has no place for the bodybuilder in my opinion. It's a great way to get lean by sacrificing your entire life as you know it, but you could also just starve yourself. Then after this diet u are stuck with "how the hell do I eat now?"

Bodybuilders like to GAIN muscle too. BodyOpus is not an option for this practice.
