Up the cardio is it for me. I can not diet for shit. I carbed up on the ketosis diet and now I can't get back into ketosis and it's been 4 days of no carbs. Fuck it. I'll eat what i want and just do 2 hours of cardio.
BODYOPUS can NOT be beat for results fellas...and it's easy to follow if your mind is set on dieting...my Q to you is,how do you know you didn't descend into ketosis...?ketostix...?let me know bro...a structured CKD is the answer to getting ripped...IMHO...

I think its better to say that: Awesome results are the product of 12.5% Diet, 12.5% Training, 12.5% Rest, and 12.5% Supplementation or Drugs. The other 50% is Genetics... No diet in the world can help you overcome what the creator gave you!rolla said:
