frontload?

Hey guys

As first cycle 500mg test e 9 weeks.

Considering front load monday 500mg thursday 500mg, ie 1000mg total.

I have seen some people say it has helped very little.

Better to start with prop/oral|?

for a first cycle you don't really need to front load. Just keep it simple run 500mg test/week for at least 12 weeks

I would extend it to 10-12wks. Using prop would be better than a frontload.

I've frontloaded before noticing little difference, While others have said that it has helped..Guess everyones different but being your first cycle I wouldnt worry about fronloading to much
