Frontal Hair Loss.......................

Singleton said:
I bought the generic Indian one, Fincar, and cut it into 6 pieces to save even more money. ~ .82mg -- ~.18mg less than propecia, but it will have a significant effect on your hair and it's a LOT cheaper.

For the price I'd pay for 1 month of propecia, I can get 1 YEAR's worth of Fincar.

where can you get fincar? order online?

hmmmm....whats the deal on hair transplants? I have a nice head of hair now, but in the future I feel it will be no more as MPB runs in the family. Already starting to thin somewhat. And it would not be very economical to spend $$$$ on Minoxidil, Finasteride, Propecia and Foligen which. Just paying for Propecia comes to $880 a year which I am on now along with Nizoral. I'm thinking I just get the transplant and save $$$$. As my hairline receeds I'd like to fill it in....no what I mean....like not wait till I'm bald and then get it done cause everyone would know. As it falls out I'd go to the docs and transplant it in. Good idea?

here is one source: http://www.shoprxonline.com/propecia/ but get the proscar and cut into 1/4 tabs

this is where i got mine from:
http://www.inhousedrugstore.com/hair-loss/fincar.html

but u do realize that this (Fincar, both sites) is a indian drug company that is basically copying merck's formula, but obviously they are not merck and might not be as good as actual propecia/proscar

im currently lookin for a source with good price on the actual proscar

a lot of hair transplant places need you to come in 2 or more times, can get painfull, and take a while to recover not to mention that it doenst always turn out lookin natural

There are differing opinions about transplates versus keeping the hair that you have. If it is not too expensive, for me it is worth keeping what I have. I do wish follicle cloning would become a reality. :D

i never gave a shitt about my hair since i was 20, i would use a mach 3 blade and just go to town. BIG MISTAKE as im 26 now with thin hair and partially receding hairline and confidense can use a boost

I took one look at my father and decided I would do everything I could to keep my hair. So far, I have been successful but it is getting harder as I grow older.

I have gone from minoxidil 2%

to minoxidil 5%

to 5% with 5%AA and retin-a

then to 12% with 5%AA and retin-a

and, just a month ago, to 15% with 5% AA.

I also take finasteride, use polysorbate 80, topical spiro, and folligen cream.

Is it worth it? I would say yes. I like having my head full of blond hair in my mid 40's. I don't want to be a hair club member!
