Front Squats - holding position

I have the same problem, and the only way the pain goes away is with incessant stretching, before, during, and after lifting.

How would wrist wraps help in this situation?

:) I streched once i was way warmed up and all through my bi and tri routine yesterday... you'd be proud.

But my abs are sore as hell today :rolleyes: weird... musta been the cheat curls and holding my core tight ;)
