Did front squats about a months ago and liked the feel..............want to use them again today, so I wanted to know, what routine, rep sheme you guys use when doing the,,,,,,,,,,,thinking about
front sqats 2 warms then 4 sets
leg press x 3
deadlifts x 3
leg ext x 3
leg curl x 3
hack x 2 or ditch it?
