Sup guys,

After my shoulder dislocation and surgery about a year ago I was not able to lift for 6 months, lost my old muscle from before dropped from 160 at 5"8 to 125 at 5"8. Once I was alright, I was working/depressed at my body change from ripped to zip. Luckily my motivation changed when I received a job as a Fitness supervisor at the gym, the one I used to work out at - fuckin' dream come true.

Got the job aug 15th, so far went from 125 to 150 using all the tips and advice some of the members gave me way back before I got hurt.

Took these two pictures yesterday, front shot and back shot. My back I'm less satisfied with, upper seems straight but what about lower? I think I need to do a bit more work on the lower back, let me know guys.

age: 18
height: 5"8
weight: 150

You look awsome dude - great recovery - keep lifting and eat more - you need to bulk up a bit.

You look great bro! Eat a lot of clean calories and keep your lean physique while packing on some weight bro. In due time you will be huge.

GREAT foundation. Needs way more size IMO, but at his age of 18 that's certain to come.

Hmmm a grade? Foundation = A+.
Mass = D.
Cuts = B+.
Symetry = B.
Overall = C+ with loads of potental.
In 5 years you could be competing for the NPC Nationals IMO!!!

bulk up and you will be insane

It looks like your overall naturally lean - so you got that going for you - I would concentrate and eating, eating, and more eatin.

thats a helluva confidence booster, being a fitness supervisor I basically get paid to lift lift lift. Assuming I decide to stay here in CT next year (which then means I'll stay here for the next 4-5 years) I shall keep the job of which will allow me to lift without ever having any downtime. (Last year when I was about the same weight, but not quite as cut I always had days I couldn't make it although usually always showed up on sched. or i'd get pissed. working prevents me from EVER Fn that up).

Also thanks for the comments guys, I'm working on the bulk slowly will raise the cals even more-so. Eat alot, and eat clean usually although past 2 weeks been cheatin' alot but figuring I'm a lean dude so cheating won't warm me. Ordered Sesame Chicken, Lo Mein, Dumplings with Brown Rice to work today and pounded mad of it down after my lifts. I usually eat extremely clean 6-8 times a day with good ratios, but for some reason the past 2-3 weeks i've been slacking the consistancy in my diet and eating crap. meh its a phase, I gotta get back into the hardcore mindset. When I do every aspect of my life becomes devoted to getting bigger and the lifting. After going that way for 5 months straight a 2-3 week slight slack won't hurt too bad.

Can't Fn wait to see my results in another 4-5 months. I got pictures on my cell phone just about a picture every month since I Got my job and started lifting again. So depressed and scrawny when I started again from 160-165ish down to 125 and now back up to 155. Month by Month in the pics you just see muscle being slapped onto my frame. Its nuts. Thank god I retained all my knowledge and lifting technique from a year and a half ago. My bulk is large now but back then I was eating way more. something like a smuckers all natty PB container every 2.5 days or so on top of all my bulk meals. lol. I've been upping the total calories as I watch for progress and about to bring it up another 250 a day or so.
