friendly docs in the Los Angeles area?

I am swithing health plans come January 1st and I am looking for a new doctor - preferably someone who understands the needs of current and former athletes. I am 37 and would like to be considered for HRT. My current doc (HMO) is totally clueless and loves to prescribe pain meds for everything but would not even consider requesting a blood test for test levels.

I live in the valley but work in West LA and would love a referral to any good docs you bros may know.

You must have Kaiser. As for a friendly doc in LA, I don't think there are any friendly anything in LA. It's all in the green.
