friend got busted......!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my friend was at a high school basketball and was drinking... well he is 17 and they arrested him for under age drinking.. well he had winstrol(ip between 30-50 tabs) in his pocket... they searched him and found it.. and he told them what it was...now i know how dumb that sounds... but its true , and the cop said they were just gonna charge it as a misdemeanor.. so guys what could happen to him? do you think he will get probation? he didnt go to group home or anything like that just let him go to parents.. but what will/can they do bout the small amount of winstrol he had?

He is an ass for

1. Carrying Winstrol
2. Telling the cop what it is
3. Drinking on a cycle
4. Doing cycles at 17

He needs help, and the law is gonna give it to him :D
 
A misdomeanor for a under 18 subject is a slap on the hand. The last misdomeanor I had I was 21 and I got 2 days in the jail and a 500$ fine. I'm sure he will just get some stupid drug class he will have to attend with real druggies since they dont address steroid use specifically. Don't sweat it.
 
Don't know how much an attorney can do for your friend since he admitted to the officer what it was but consults are free and money talks. But like hookup said I wouldn't sweat it too much. Never admit to shit, always plead not guilty till you can straighten your shit out. That's free advice for anyone.

Him telling them what it was really isn't an issue, they would have found out anyway. If he doesn't have many previous convictions he'll just get probation. Now for the real issue, keep your gear in YOUR HOUSE. Every time you walk around with it you're risking getting pinched with it. If you really must bring something to show and tell, find something that isn't illegal.
 
He should get what he deserves.... I good kick in the ass by his father or who ever he has to answer to. Gear at 17.... Very stupid idea. I did not stoping growing till I was 22. If I would have done gear at that age I may have lost a couple of inches. Everyone has their own ideas about what age is appropreate but I think most would agree 17 is far to young.

Thats bullshit and they can't just test people because they think their juicing. Who gives a shit if a 17 yr. old is juicing. Their is 17 yr. old crack heads and 17yr. olds that carry guns. And they need to worry about the important shit.
 
yes, i agree 17 is way too young to start with those kind of drugs.. most 17yr olds are into other types of drugs..

no its not me.............im not stupid.. there is no reason to carry around 30+ fucking 50mg winstrol in your pocket(and no he wasnt selling them) they were in his car and i told him to take them out.. so i guess he thought his pocket would be better? in case ur wondering im 19.. and at 17... i would say some AS are ok.. primo/anavar etc.. some people smoke crack , its personal opinion i believe..and yes ima sr in high school and they have talked to me... but they cant do anything to a person because they they believe they juice..

Exactly shit like this that fucks it up for the rest of us. ALWAYS keep gear at your house, never EVER carry or transport it in anyway unless necessary, on your person or in a vehicle- and carrying 1500mg winny isn't necessary. This only gives the coppers something more to charge you with if they're really dicks. And around a fuckin school of all places? Christ.
