Its finally friday!!

Its 9:33am here, and im getting ready for the gym. its Bicep/triceps today..that mean 9 grueling supersets. its gonna be cool. i really hope the stifness in my calves will go away during th day..seeing as im supposed to do legs tomorrow.

09.36am here. Shoulders and tri´s are getting their mayhem today.

Just had my 2nd meal consisting of 10 eggwhites and 2 slices of bread.

Screw this Friday, it just means the end of my Spring Break.

hehe, Friday, that means i slack all day looking forward to the weekend!
oh yeah, and i've got deadlifting, back and traps tonight, can't wait, gonna load up some more weight on the deadlift (still not telling how much cos i'm small and weak).
On a side note, i'm convinced i'm getting leaner, thanks to Crumcake's diet and shitloads of skipping... abs here i come!!!

Personally I don't see the point behind it, I sure as hell am not complaining but I go from a fully concentrated studious student to doing absolutely nothing for 7 days. Its going to take me a good 3 weeks to get back in my "care mode".
