Friday morning roll call

Who's here? Let me see a show of hands.

Today is chest day. And im fucked up after my back workout yesterday. I usually sweat alot when i train, but i always bring a towel. But yesterday was insane. For some reason i had a tank top on, at i swear. It seems i sweated more, even though i wore less.

It seems ive messed my right elbow up. Dont know what has happend, but it hurts on all pressing movments. Any suggestions? Im thinking a tendon or something. Im wearing one of those NIKKEN elbow wraps now. See if it helps.
 
I'm here...today is go up north day for me. Headed up to the cabin for the weekend....but I plan on jogging while I am up there since it will only be in the 60's tp low 70's
 
thats a nice temperature.
I dont really run much. I had a run a month ago. And i was sore for 2 weeks.
Its crazy when you think about it. I did athletics from when i was 7 to i was 19. But since then i havent been running much.
