Fresh Codfish

Does anyone have any information on the nutritional values of FRESH codfish..??..?? ie, protein content, fatty acid profile, kCal/g, nutrient content, etc etc etc.....???? I just moved to an area about five minutes from a fresh fish market (and I do mean fresh, its at a port where they bring the stuff off the boats and sell it right there!) Also, any info on other north american sea oceanic fish would be appreciated, ie. lobster, etc..
