frequency of training

just wonderin if u guys think i train enough, for example i do three exercises of 3/4 sets for my bi and tri's every 5-6 days..........??
 
Thats quite a bit of specific bicep work. I'd recommend training everything twice a week but with less sets. Periodization should of course be integrated at some point too.

periodization. Raising your weights incrementally over a few months; a "period".

Hitting your biceps isn't quite enough after awhile. You need a full body routine, hopefully not a split, that incorporates all the main compound lifts you can do. ATF squats; oh press; deadlift; row; chins. To add "periodization", start with 100lbs on each. Then every week add 5 lbs until you can't do 5 sets of 5 reps. 100, 105, 110, 115.
 
Drop the isolations, only use compounds i.e., squats, deadlifts, chins, dips, bench, row and OH presses. Do full-body workouts 3x a week (MWF), eat over maintenance and continue until you are squatting and deadlifting 2x bodyweight and benching and rowing 1.5x bodyweight. Your arms have to get considerably larger.
