Free Trial Platinum Membership????

Hi, I have tirelessly tried to contact anyone from this site regarding a free trial platinum membership on this site. I've called twice and emailed support twice.

I do not know if you have my credit card info, but I am not interested in purchasing a membership and do not wish to be charged. I have not been active on this site and do not wish to keep an account. Please get back to me regarding this issue.

Well, that's the thing. I am already on a free trial apparently for being a member for a year. I don't want it. I also don't know if they have my cc info and don't want to be charged for something I didn't authorize.
