Free music sites?

Good advice chop...i tried to go on limewire earlier...and it said they were in the middle of a lawsuit...haha so figured I needed to find a new place.
 
No problem! I used to use limewire or frostwire but i switched over to the youtube method or use torrents like piratesbay for like albums and stuff
 
So the quality is good enough to enjoy?....I wanted to download a few new tunes for the boat this weekend
 
Oh yea for sure as long as you check the "high quality" box when before you download your mp3. On those conversion sites you put in the video url, select regular or high quality and hit download but like I said just be sure to hit high quality or else it wont sound to good.
 
a Rinker 260vee...its a small cabin cruiser...nothing fancy but a nice weekend getaway on the lake...I agree limewire was full of virus'....but for a not so computer genius it worked...I am still trying to figure out this dame youtube thing. I can get it to convert to a mp3 but then it wont let me save the mp3 to my computer music files. One of these days I am going to take a computer class...lol
 
LOL @ limewire. I didn't even know it still existed, let alone people still used it. And LOL @ you morally sound people who pay a dollar a song. Even if you want to be legit, you're getting ripped off. Buying a disc in a store is cheaper and you actually get something physical to hang on to.

what am i supposed to do with a disc? srs question? my daughter plays with them?
 
i use itunes because the sound quality is very high, i like getting the cover art and all the song info, and also 1 dollar per song is a very good value to me. i have no interest in buying the entire cds; i only have 850 songs total, which are my favorite songs from my favorite artists.

you do know you can just download the song from a torrent and add in the album art yourself. Takes like 8 seconds
 
I just steal the music from youtube and put it on my ipod. Or actually my kid does, Idk how to fucking do it.
 
Yeah they're all very high quality. All you have to do is google search "artist/album" and pull a strongblow and click images.

Find the google image of the artwork. Right click, copy. Then go back into iTunes and find the album, right click on any of the songs in the album, click "get info" then click the artwork tab and paste it.


Bam!
 
If you wan high quality and FREE music, movies, books etc. torrents are the way to go!! BUT before you even consider using torrents you must have a solid antivirus program!! I would suggest going to filehippo.com and downloading AVG their free version comes with seething you'll need. It will scan as you download!! Than download vuze which is your torrent converter.

The best site for torrents IMO is kickasstorrents.com. Once you download whatever your looking for you can copy/drag it into your iTunes folder and get all the benefits of iTunes (album art work, high quality, ability to use on iPhones / iPods etc.).

I haven't paid for a DVD or CD in at least 8 years and have yet to get a virus!! BUT I use AVG and windows defender simultaneously.
