because i asked about gnc protein means i dont take casein? taking casein before bed since it breaks down and digests slowly giving ur protein thru the night which u can also get from cottage cheese? i didnt ask what the best protein was, i take whey during day and casein at night, im asking since im getting it for free what is there best product since they mainly sell nitro tech which is about 99% sugar

WalMart.......Body Fortress......sounds stupid but their whey is sweetened with sucralose (vs aspartame) , has some quantities of BCAA (most do anyway)......23 gr per scoop...110 kcals ......plain choc or vanilla only......12.97 everyday low price for kg (2.2lbs)

i just did some research on cyto and u need 4 scoops for 54 gramd protein :-( at that ammount its only gonna last me like a week any other products with high protein and less scoops for more servings?

ON whey has a casein protein. I get it in the chocolate and some people dont like the taste buts its not that bad and its def. drinkable. Its fairly cheap. Check it out at bodybuilding.com. Loaded with a good bit of aminos to but you should take an extra dose of aminos before bed thats when they work their best.

dont buy into the marketing hype. mix one or two scoops of whey in 10oz 1% milk. best p.m. shake and cheap. btw dont worry bout sugar....veeery low glycemic. this is not for when you are cutting but works any other time.

i saw it there and was about to get it and then i realized in like 5 or 10 pound jugg u get like 15 servings and its like 45 bucks, fuck that, it is awesome with like 500 cal and 60 g protein but i mean, that would last me less then 2 weeks
