Frank Sepe, natural....

what do you guys think. I am watching him on stern...and i dont see him looking "freaky" just maybe awesome genetics.. what do you guys think??? Is there any proof stating he is really "natural"
 
He doesnt do anything heavy anymore....saw him back in Oct.....at a show in the Long Island area....good physique...but def. not the freak he used to be....I have a pic of him from when he was juicing heavy and he looked pretty damn freaky back then! Just wish I could post it.....

He came clean and said he used juice in the past but decided to back off for his modeling. He may do a little here and there.
 
Frank Sepe looks INsane! He does look like he stopped juicing a little bit. That guy did somthing right though. Go check out the candid pictures on his website. That guys jaw line is insane, his form is awesome, He was voted the most handsome body builder... I give this guy props. He is one of the reasons I want to get huge and look really good. It helps that he has some of those german genetics that I got a piece of. ;)

LOL, man he really looks german, dark complexion, black hair....not only is he Italian but i can guarantee his parents were from the south of italy.
 
I had read he was 'caught dealing' and was on probation, so no cycle anymore. Hence the drop is size, and change of training. Saw him 4 yr ago at Arnold and he was already dropping is size. Still has the gene.
 
frank was never a dealer, that was a post you read on the board, I read it also, someone was playing around. He dropped size to be more marketable in the modeling industry.
 
Someone needs to read his short bio. He is of Italian and German decent... He does look more italian. As for being natural... He might be natural now but i know he popped some crazy growth for a while back then. I think he is almost 30 now. He has been juicin since he was 15. Look at how developed his arm is in the picture with the dog when he was 17. From 15-17 he changed so much.

i am as lean when im off, all it takes is fast metabolism, and a diet 20%crb, 70%pr, 10%fts, which is what he follows
 
He was on H.Stern last night(might have been a re-peat) he was on the judging panel to rate some chick if she could be in playboy or not---Then he was going to train her for six weeks or something like that. He looked pretty good. But natural to them is not taking nothing. Doesn't work that way. Howard asked him (mr. met-rx) if all the "pros" do liposuction and shit like that and he said yes they have to. Which we all knew anyways. The only thing that turned my off to this guy is he was on t.v. and Howard kept calling him a PRO Bodybuilder---which he is not. And he never said to howard that he wasn't a pro-- He's a professional model. That's Apples and oranges. He was a National level bodybuilder years ago but not a pro.

There's a couple of pro-bodybuilders in the gym that I used to work out at. I looked at this one chix and she was soft as shit--looked like shit but her abs were ripped up and the skin was tight as fuck. Its the same as sepe---these people have etching done on there abs-lower back--some on there glutes--

i would much rather look like sepe and be a pro-model then a pro-bodybuilder, make much more money, dont have to worry about any internal organs blowing-up, oh yeah and get lots and lots more women too
 
Sepe is one tall dude -- if all his genes were from Southern Italy, he'd probably be about a foot shorter. No question German and Italian are some of the best genes for a bber.

he works out at my gym and i see him weight himself all the time he is about 248 about a month ago which was the last time i saw him...he does not train with that much intensity anymore..he never goes to failure and always uses machines, kinda weird

its really not that hard to tell if one is natural, look at his face, its completely dry, you cant acheave that taking any steroid, all steroids volumize the muscles, including the facial muscles
 
old pictures, the first is from his competitive days, the second is when he was like 17 or 18

im not disputing the fact that he juiced before, he admited that he did, as a matter of fact Skip LaCoir wrote an article about Sepe coming off AS, it was published in Muscular Development
 
I got it from a reliable source that he got busted for buying GH with phony credit cards and got put on probation with the condition that he be tested for roids regularly and that is why he had to stop juicin.

i find that hard to beleave, if anyone is in doubt that frank used gear in his competitve days do a search on the net for the article written by Skip LaCoar on him
 
Frank at 240, or 270 has made some amazing accomplishments. Kudos for crossing over from Bodybuilding to Modeling as a career move. Not many people have pulled that off. Only thing more amazing is Jesse Ventura as the governor of one of those big square states...HA!
 
fuck ventura, he is not making nearly as much as frank or looks/ever looked nearly as good as frank
 
ok sorry bro, but that is what the mags publish and what he claims to be, i have never met him, but if you train at the same gym with him you would deffinetly know better
 
the question is not wether or not he was on in the past, I know he juiced in the past, obviously. But if he juices now, is the mystery.

That is completly true! And I do the same.
 
He went from a body builder to a model. He has lost alot of size! He was HUGE! He changed alot. Pic up a MuscleMag and they will show you old pics of him from time to time. I think he looks very good now. Not too big and nice cuts. No gay comments! Straight as an arrow!
 
Give the guy his Props.

But Life is too short to be always wondering who and their mom's neighbors uncle's teacher's underwear consultants do what.

Focus on yourselves and your families.
