Narcotics are your Schedule II drugs. Just to name a few drugs in this class: Pharmacuetical grade amphetimine such as Adderall, and pain killers such as Oxycontin and Percocet all fall under this class. The government keeps VERY strict control of these drugs. A pharmacy that is off on it's inventory by even just a few pills (or possible by evem a single pill!) on such drugs could get fined. Their inventory must be EXACT on these substances. Steroids are under Schedule III control, with which there is a little more leniency with these. If my memory serves me right, I believe a pharmacy's inventory on Schedule III drugs can be off by up to 10% without any legal problems.

Anyway, back to Sepe.

lol. YOu are too funny! Why do you think Frank made all of those stupid and insulting remarks? It's because he was on the Howards Stern show! I think you completely and totally missed the point. THat's the way the Howard Stern show is every, single night. That's exactly what Howard Stern (on his show) is all about. He's acts like an asshole and is funny in the process. Do you think that Howard Stern and his crew go around talking to each other like that all the time? Of course not! It's just a show and a comedy act. It's no different then Morton Downey Jr. , Jerry Springer etc. Relax. Frank Sepe wasn't there to be an ambassador for bodybuilding/fitness. I am bigger than him, i am only 5'8" and 205, my arms are 19", but he doesnt look small by any means. The thing i noticed about him was his neck. He definately had the sylvester stallone rocky III anorexic neck going on. His face looked sunk in and unhealthy. Also seen roland kickinger, and i swear if you cut his and franks heads off you would not be able to tell their bodys apart(at least in a tank top), they are almost exactly the same size, and have the same "look" going on. They are extremely tall compared to me, with decent size and good cuts, i personally want to be a little bigger though.-WULF
