Hey frackal, I think it's all about the body lang, both your's and hers. Try to read her body lang, eyes, etc... next time you talk (and look at her when she's talking to you, but when you talk, look away half the time). And for you, BE SELF CONFIDENT, both in the way you talk, stand, etc... and don't be too straight forward, be casual, cool. Most of this you will probably have to fake, I know I do sometimes. But it works! Don't ask me why girls just like it. And try to be humouros maybe, not some corny joke, just make fun of some old hairy guy on the abductor or something. Sharing a laugh, or making fun of her or her you REALLY breaks the ice and loosens things up. And say bye or walk away BEFORE that awkward silence. The trick is to get her to start thinking about you. Then when you fell like she sorta flirts with you or digs you (you should bbe able to tell) ask her for her number.
