ok well after some extensive research i have decided i wil never again use high dosed cycles . listen to this cycle and tell me what you guys think, it involves alot of supplements so please just bear with me thanks.
weeks 1-4
Zmass PM every night before bed
Cytodyne Maximum Strength anticatabolic formula (this is my favorite supplement of all times)
15 grams of glutamine daily
7 grams of creatine daily
glucosamine/chonadroitin daily
EFA's daily
tribulus 625mg tabs 6 pills daily divided into three doses
dbol 10mg in the am as soon as i wake up, all work outs will be conducted within four hours of awakening
and i will be using nlarge2 as my source of protein
weeks 5-12
the creatine, glutamine, glucosamine/chonadrotin, EFA's and Nlarge2 will stay in there. all the other supplements will be dropped until post cycle. the only difference being the creatine will be taken post workout, along with 10 grams of the glutamine with 10ius of slin, i'll probably work my way up to 16 iu's again since i was comfortable using that dosage last time.
week 5-12 t. phenylprop 300mg/week divided evenly through the week
and fina 75mg/day
weeks 8-12 i will be adding in winny at 50mg/day.
l-dex will be ran at .25mg/day starting week 5 through clomid
im hoping to pack on 20 solid pounds with this, and i mean solid, not bloat or fat mass. so i will be eating roughly 3500 "clean" calories daily with about 250grams of protein
