Four-week cutting cycle...

Screw all that.

Eviscerate with 20mcg of clen on each oblique/abs and 20mcg on chest or 10mcg on each arm. Do this in the morning after a shower and then 12 hours later. It's a total of 120mcg of topical clen a day.

2 Days on, 2 days off.

2 Weeks on, 2 Weeks off

As much as I'd like that, I'm a cop. I'd like to keep it legal. Also, I've never tried Eviscerate before. I think I'll see how Eviscerate feels when I'm wearing my bulletproof vest on duty before I consider anything "stronger"...

Besides, Needto suggested the cycle I listed in my original post. He hasn't steered me wrong so far...

Not really, that's not the plan at least. I have the Bridge and Gear to prevent muscle loss. If I gain any muscle in the process, I'd welcome it; however, with my planned caloric intake, muscle gain isn't likely. I'm doing this to shed off the little bit of fat I have left, then come this fall, I plan on doing an 8-week lean bulker to include the following:

Bridge
Need2Slin
Unleashed
HCGenerate

Minus the Bridge, I ran a 4-week lean bulker that I finished a few weeks ago, which yielded 8 lbs of LBM and doubled/tripled the "natural" strength increases I see from workout to workout...

Nevermind what I said than. Eviscerate burns and under a bulletproof vest would be unbearable. I'd say go with 2 bottles of Androhard at 2 servings a day and then use HCGenerate, Unleashed, and low dose of Forma-Stanzol for PCT. You'd see some sick ass fat loss results from that all while staying legal.

Day 1:

Seems the lipo-flame gave me good clean energy throughout the day. Also, the eviscerate was not nearly as bad as I thought it was. Under my bulletproof vest, it got really toasty for the first couple hours, but was tolerable, and eventually subsided. We'll see how things go as the week progresses...
 
Just an update. About 2 weeks in, and I've visibly noticed fat loss in all my trouble areas. Still got more I want to lose, but it looks like I'm headed the right direction. It looks like I may have enough to run 6 weeks, so I'll likely extend it that far. I plan on dieting like I have been for another week, and then I plan to switch to a cyclic ketogenic diet to see what that does for me, in terms of fat loss.

I must say though, in terms of muscle-sparing, I'm VERY impressed. I haven't been paying attention to my calories all the time, and I know there are times when I'm eating 1000 cals or more below maintenance, yet my muscle measurements still haven't changed. Still have 18.5" arms, 28.5" thighs, etc. Total weight loss so far, according to the scale, is roughly 4 lbs. I don't know how much is water, but as I mentioned before, little if any at all of that weight lost has been muscle. Great stuff...I'll keep you guys posted!
 
Update, now starting week 5. I have now completed one full week using the cyclic ketogenic diet. Unfortunately, I now wish I had done a CKD the whole 6 weeks. So far, I feel I've noticed fat loss more in this one week than I did with just a simple reduced-calorie diet. I've still got weeks 5 and 6, so we'll see what happens. I'm currently at 231 lbs. The weight I've lost isn't much (numbers-wise), but I really didn't have much in the way of bodyfat to lose in the first place. I am noticing, however, a significant leaning in the areas I've always had trouble in, which is what I did this cycle for anyways. At this point in the game, I'm not looking for numbers on a scale, but visual results in the mirror.

Still no loss in muscle measurements, despite a 1000 calorie deficit . I'll keep you guys posted...
