these are the exercises i am doing
Flat bench max:210
decline max:215
Str8t bar pressdown:170
bb curl:70
military bb:105
deads 235
leg press 360
and i did calves
I am not doing squats cause i have no balance, i don't care about my lower body at all, i have never done any leg exercises.
How does my exercises look?
