I'm taking this by itself to prevent fat gain while I'm bulking. I've actually gained about 2lbs in just over a week, almost a quarter of an inch to my arms. Libido is crazy. The only downside is slightly sore joints, but that just means that the product is working since estrogen suppression = sore joints.
