Form Check please:

your rounding your back, and buckeling your knees inward. both bad. keep the bar close to your body.

Honestly your form is pretty bad, not absolutely horrific, but pretty bad.

1. Bring your feet in to shoulder width or slightly narrower.
2. Flatten your back throughout the whole exercise.
3. Keep the bar closer to your body (it should barely clear on the way up)
4. You aren't using your shoulders/traps at all to drive the weight.
5. You are shortening your pull/trying to muscle it up instead of clean it.
6. Catch the weight with your legs and not your back (don't lean back when you catch the weight).
7. Bring your elbows in during the catch.

thanks guys, i've only just started doing this exercise.

It's no doubt one of the hardest lifts to learn especially if you don't have direct instruction on it. Keep practicing and vid yourself so you can see what changes you are making.
