Forgiveness...

Why does it seem that we can forgive most things but not racial things? Take the Mel Gibson burning at the stake. It seems that every media outlet has a Jewish representative asking for his head. Why isn't anyone saying "He's drunk. It's not a big deal." Why can't people forgive?

I don't get the Jewish slams. Why use them? I usually go for the Nepalese insults. Your mom is a shitty sherpa, and shit like that.

Because they give too much credits to jews and jews are vocal.

Religious leaders will use any fuel they can to reignite religious fervor. Just the christians jumped all over the da vinci code. they NEED shit like this

basically because a racial slur tends to imply that the belief is still there. regardless if you say sorry or not. the point they now know is that Mel Gibson feels strongly enough to vocalize about it, drunk or not. if it wasn't inside to begin with it was random that he chose those words.

someone goes and gets drunk and decides to burn a cross...it wasn't a random idea. These are thoughts we take with us that manifest when inhibitions are low. if he truly felt anti-semitic that whole slurry of insults wouldnt have come out of his mouth. he would have chosen other words.
